China Glaze Ruby Pumps

This is one I have had for a while and been meaning to try, so with the 4th of July so close I thought it was time!

Baby was getting fussy so please excuse my sloppy, sloppy work...

Formula on this was pretty good, mine was a tiny bit goopy but nothing too bad. Top coat is CND Shiney and Seche Vite.
